Today was one of the most stressful days I have had an awfully long time. To start off my day, I had to wake up around 6:30 in the morning to go and pick up my brother and take him to Wellsboro. Although the drive there was not too bad and I saw a lot of things I never have before, the fact that it was a three-hour drive one way and I had only gotten four and a half hours of sleep made me absolutely miserable. I was taking him to Wellsboro so he could buy a new truck since this dealership was the closest one that was open. It was nice to just drive and catch up with my brother, but it was also quite boring sitting in the car for three hours there. Finally, I dropped him off and made my way back home. I was on a time limit because I had to make it back in time to get ready for my graduation at 3:30. When I got home, I immediately took a shower and started to get my clothes ready. After picking out the fresh fit, I laid in my bed and set an alarm for an hour because damn I needed a nap. After I woke up, I went to my graduation and went through all the steps. Honestly, it made me kind of sad, knowing that I will not ever get the real, full experience of graduating. I had to go by myself because my parents were working which did not bother me. As I was about to leave, Madi and the gals surprised me, and all came to see me and brought me gifts. Then they took me to Dairy Queen and paid for my food and we went on as much of a picnic as we could get too. This was the highlight of my entire week and I will never be able to express how grateful I am for them.

Today was a very uneventful day to say the least. I woke up early to make sure Uncle Mike got his pills and some breakfast. This morning I was feeling a bit more motivated and decided I would make him a nice breakfast. For the record, I am the breakfast king and will never be dethroned. I started off by whipping up some fluffy pancakes for the old man. Then, I made some perfectly cooked strips of bacon, not too crunchy, not too soft. To top off my masterpiece, I added a cup of coffee and a small bowl of fruit consisting of bananas, strawberries, grapes, and blueberries. We sat down at the table and I started to talk to him about his life and what he did. Apparently, he was in Vietnam and worked as a frogman in the Navy. He also said that he was adopted and never got to meet his real parents which kind of made me want to find out who they were. After breakfast, I decided to do the dishes before my dad came home and freaked out because I did not do them like usual. Then I went full maid mode and completely dusted and mopped Uncle Mike’s room. Uncle Mike has this dog, Mugsy, who is a little fat pug that does nothing but bark and whine and god damn does he make me want to punt him like I am Mason Crosby on the Packers trying to win a game in overtime. After all the cleaning was done, I decided it was time to treat myself and went upstairs and started to play video games with the boys. For the remainder of the night this is what I did all the way up until about midnight. Then I realized it was getting late and bid the boys a farewell for the night.

Today I had to wake up early so I could take my mom to work and drop off my nephew at his babysitter’s house. During this entire quarantine, I have been literally sleeping in until about 10-11 in the morning every day. With that being said, I absolutely despise waking up early. I had to have my mom at work by 8 A.M. and then take my Uncle Mike to his doctors’ appointment at 9:30. After I dropped my mom off, I started to head home, with my much-needed stop at Tim Horton’s of course. Once I got home, I took a quick shower and made sure my Uncle Mike got his meds. Uncle Mike is not actually my Uncle and is actually a long-time friend that took us in when my family was poor back in the day. He now lives with us and we take care of him. He is 74 years old and has dementia, so he cannot really do things on his own. I made sure he took his med and got something to eat and we headed of to Titusville for his appointment. When we got there, we were given masks and watching Uncle Mike put his on gave me a good laugh considering half of it was off his face. He complained about the mask the entire time and honestly, I cannot blame him for it. We finally got seated into a room and had to wait a few minutes for the doctor to finally come in. While we were waiting, Uncle Mike fell asleep and I had to wake him up. Then the doctor finally showed up and started asking him questions about how he was feeling. Uncle Mike does not have the best hearing so the entire time I feel like a translator, except I am just saying the exact same words the doctor says, just louder. We finally left the doctor’s office and went to McDonald’s for breakfast, then went home. I ended up falling back asleep until 3:30 and then did nothing but play video games for the rest of the night.

After a long night of gaming, I finally wake up around 11 a.m. when Maison walks into the living room. My back hurt when I sat up because the couch I was sleeping on seemed to be on a downward slope, and I was too lazy to switch sides. Maison is a typical guy and did not know how to cook anything for breakfast. Luckily for him, me being the genius I am, picked up some frozen pancakes while we were at Walmart. Maison said he did not like pancakes which bothered me because who doesn’t like pancakes. I threw the pancakes in the microwave and waited for them to finish. After I ate the pancakes with a nice refreshing glass of milk, we decided we didn’t want to sit around all day and do nothing. I really wanted to go hiking so that’s exactly what we did. Before we could go, we needed to wait for Morgon to get home so she could come with us. In the meantime, we went and visited Maison’s dad and grandparents. I haven’t not visited his family in over ten years so I was quite nervous they were not going to recognize me. Turns out they all have missed me so much and remember me very well. His grandma started to cry when she saw me and asked if she could give me a hug, what a sweetheart. After Morgon finally got home, we went and picked her up and left. Maison and Morgon wanted to show me some really nice houses and cabins in Cook’s Forest. Cook’s Forest was like nothing I have ever seen before and it surprised me that such a place was so close to where I live. After looking at houses and the river, we finally went to start our hike. Instead of really hiking, Maison and I ended up just climbing a bunch of rocks and had Morgon take a bunch of pictures of us and posted them to my Snapchat story. After about two hours of messing around on the trails, we finally decided to go home and make some food. After making this decision, we actually ended up getting food from a restaurant nearby. After finally getting home, Morgon took a nap while Maison and I played Xbox. It was yet another start to an endless night of gaming.

Today I decided I wanted to go and stay at my friend Maison’s house for the weekend. Before I went their however, I needed to go to my god parent’s house for their daughter’s birthday party. After I was fully awake and showered, I finally headed to the party around 2:30. When I got there, I noticed there were a lot of cars outside and immediately regretted my decision of attending because I thought there were going to be a lot of little kids. After about three hours of sitting around and doing absolutely nothing, I finally decided it was time for me to go home. I texted Maison to leave his house to come and get me as I drove back to my house. Once I got to my house, I instantly fell asleep on accident while waiting for him. I woke up to the sound of him opening my door and immediately grabbed my bag and left. Before we went to his house, we needed to stock up on groceries for the weekend. The “groceries” mostly consisted of snacks and juice. We finally got to his house and arranged his living room in a way we both could have our own space for each Xbox. After feasting on some cookies and milk, we finally decided it was our time to begin playing the box and thus, our late night began. Many matches of Call of Duty raged on as the Xbox party was full of laughter and excitement as we swept away the competition. Morgon, Maison’s girlfriend, was not very happy with our screams of rage and joy as she was trying to go to bed. Little did she know Saturdays are for the boys.
The final- Corona diary 5-9
Hello one last time. It seems as though as I was writing these my days stared to get mixed up. To be fair, everyone now has fucked up schedules. Minutes seem to turn into hours and hours into days. My days have been turning into other days in the blink of an eye. For instance, today is Saturday. Never have I been so excited to just sit at home and do nothing. It feels like I have been on the run lately doing anything and everything. But here I am, writing this because yesterday I forgot all about it. But once I’m one with this I am one step closer to being a senior, yay, I think. My emotions on being a senior are all over the place. I am beyond ready to get the hell out of this town and make something more of myself than what I already have. I have come to realize that if you don’t do something on your own, it will not get done. But I mean, that is the way it is supposed to be. It has been a fun ride though, if anyone is reading this thanks for reading about my boring life. Duces my dudes.

Good morning, it is currently 8 in the morning. My day started out very early, well, at 7 in the morning. This morning I had PT for my knee. And let me tell you, it is very hard to breath with a fucking mask over my face. Never have I only sweat in one circular part on my face. We added a few more exercises to my routine and I went up in weight in almost all of my other ones. Today was my last scheduled appointment until I see my surgeon again to see how he thinks my process is going. Also, my medicine for my stomach is FINALLY working. It has only been 3 weeks of me being in pain to find something that worked for me. Yay for being able to eat again without any pain. Lets just hope that this lasts now. Currently I am now sitting in my living room working on homework while my boyfriend plays 2k. If you don’t know what that is, you don’t want to. This game has overtaken his life, and mine somehow, even though I don’t even play it. So I might just steal the ps4 so he cant play anymore and he has to hangout with me instead of playing this stupid game. But yeah, that’s how stupid my life has been during quarantine.

Good morning, well I think it is morning at least. Today is going to be a great day. Besides the fact that I can’t eat anything without my stomach dying, and not being able to sleep because of it. Life is pretty good, my face got sunburnt on Sunday, however, I am not at all complaining because I would rather get burnt than it be snowing. Speaking of that white shit, it is supposed to snow in 2 days, TWO DAYS. I don’t hate snow, but driving in it, it is way too stressful for me. Plus, the sunshine makes everything better. Being tan, freckles, feeling way prettier, swimming, and warm weather. And on top of it, driving with the windows down, blaring music is always way more fun. Today I have a PT appointment for my knee, and hopefully it starts to get better so I can play Volleyball again soon, because I really miss it.
